HOW TO ORDER
 
1. REGISTER OR CHECK OUT AS A GUEST

• Our wholesale pricing, including gst, is visible if you are signed in or not.

• You do not have to be a registered business to order from us.

• We have no minimum order value.

• Register or Sign In to keep a track of previous orders and store your shipping address for next time.

• Order as a guest for quick check out at wholesale prices.

 

2. VIEW OUR FULL RANGE & ADD TO YOUR CART

• View our entire product range online.

• Live in-stock quantities are listed in pink on each product page.

• For out of stock products, add your email address to the "Notify Me" list to be emailed when the product is back in stock.

• We do not offer discounts for large volume orders.

 

3. ENTER YOUR SHIPPING DETAILS & SELECT A SHIPPING METHOD

• Enter your shipping details to see shipping quotes from Australia Post, Couriers Please or TNT.

• Shipping fees are based order weight and delivery destination.

• 'Pick Up' is available from our warehouse in Braeside, Victoria.

• Please enter a mobile number to receive order tracking text messages from our shipping providers.

 

4. MAKE PAYMENT

• Payment can be made via Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer Payment.

• Bank Transfer Payment - Payment is required within 48 hours of the order being placed. If payment is not received within 48 hours your order will be automatically cancelled.

• A pdf invoice will be attached to your order confirmation email.

• We do not offer accounts or payment terms.

• Orders are shipped once payment has been received.


PAYING ON INVOICE FOR SHOPPING CENTRES, CHARITIES & LARGE CORPORATIONS

• For larger organisations who can only pay via bank transfer payment based on an invoice, please place your order through our website and select "Bank Transfer Payment" as the payment method.

• You will receive an order confirmation email with a pdf invoice attached.

• Please raise a purchase order based this pdf invoice and email your purchase order to hello@wrapco.com.au

• An amended invoice with PO number will be emailed back to you for payment by your accounts department.

• Your order will be held for 14 days so payment can be made.

• Once payment has been received we will ship your order.

• Delayed delivery for Christmas is available upon request. Please email hello@wrapco.com.au

 

5. TRACK YOUR ORDER

• Orders are typically dispatch within 1 to 2 business days.

• During the Christmas season dispatch can take up to 7 business days.

• A shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers and links is provided upon dispatch.
